Prerequisite: Beginning and Intermediate dinghy or keelboat sailing is highly recommended

Length: Class meets once. Total of 3 hours of instruction.

This clinic is for the sailor that has a good practical understanding of sail trim and the different points of sail downwind.  The asymmetrical spinnaker is a wonderful sail that can make downwind sailing a great experience.  Topics that will be covered will include:

• How to rig, set, trim, gybing, and douse the asymmetric spinnaker, and how the helmsman and the crew work together to make the boat go fast.
